You can edit your booking by accessing your BOUNCE account on our website.
If you don’t have an account, you can create one below.

Once logged into your account, just select the ticket icon to view your upcoming bookings. Click ‘View Details’ of the booking you want to manage and then ‘Edit Booking’. From there you can choose to re-schedule your session, edit your ticket quanity or add products.

Please note that all tickets/products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and unable to be credited. If you have ammended your booking and are left with a negative balance, you must add additional items to offset this.
