When buying a ticket to BOUNCE you are deemed to have understood and accepted the BOUNCE terms and conditions as well as the BOUNCE Safe Rules and Guidelines.

All bookings require contact details of an adult including full name, phone number, and email address as a safety requirement.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

All ticket prices displayed online are indicative of the ticket prices only. A 2.5% transaction fee does apply upon payment.

At BOUNCE all products and services are NON-REFUNDABLE and are unable to be credited, but general admission sessions can be rescheduled if you provide 2 working days notice with a valid Sale ID.

All groups 10+ tickets require one individual to pay the full amount at time of booking. We do not accept several individual payees/ payments for one booking, both in-store and online. Groups 10+ bookings are non-refundable.

The number of people booked in, is the number of people you are liable to pay for, even if fewer people turn up on the day of the booking.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you provide less than 2 working days notice, there is no reschedule.
Refunds or exchanges are not available where you simply change your mind, or where you have mistakenly purchased the wrong ticket or where you do not have a valid Sale ID for the products or services.
If you wish to cancel any product or services due to illness or injury, a medical certificate must be supplied for management to consider a reschedule or possible refund. If in exceptional circumstances a refund is required and approved, a minimum of $10.00 transaction fee will be deducted.

Admission for spectators is free to the café and general areas of the park. If you wish to go up onto the trampoline area or platforms, our parks have a capacity limit for health and safety compliance and you will need to buy a general admission.
Jumping on trampolines can result in injury. Using the BOUNCE facilities must be undertaken in accordance with the BOUNCE Safe Rules and Guidelines displayed on our website and throughout BOUNCE.

There is a weight limit of 120kgs on the trampolines and BOUNCE X-PARK/X-RUN course as recommended by our manufactures. Please bring flat sole, closed toes, lace-up sport/skate shoes to access Wall Climb, Walking Sticks, and X-PARK/X-RUN. Anyone under 110cm will not be able to access the X-Park/X-run areas in our venues. Anyone under 10kg or over 120kg will not be able to access the Wall Climb area in our venues. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult over 18 years old when wall climbing.

In adherence with BOUNCE health and safety requirements, all jumpers 110cm and under (under 5yrs) will be designated to our exclusive Mini BOUNCE Zone play area for the entirety of their session.

BOUNCE within your ability. Use of the BOUNCE facilities is at your own risk as well as any damage to or loss of personal equipment. Please consider the safety of yourself and others at all times whilst at BOUNCE.

No one is allowed to use the BOUNCE facilities without first purchasing a session. No one is allowed to use the BOUNCE facilities without regulation BOUNCE socks and wristband.

Please follow any instructions or directions from our crew, they are here to ensure you make the most of your time at BOUNCE.

No food or drink is permitted on or near the BOUNCE facilities.
Due to health and safety regulations, no outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue. BOUNCE is unable to cater to customers with severe allergies. We cannot guarantee that our food or preparation surfaces are free of traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, or any other similar ingredients.
Any customers judged to be intoxicated by BOUNCE staff will not be allowed on the premises. Only instructors employed by BOUNCE are permitted to provide instruction.

Please inform our crew if you have any medical conditions that you may require assistance with (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from participating in BOUNCE activities). If you have any existing injuries such as back problems or are wearing a cast or moon boot, we regret to advise that you will be unable to BOUNCE in the interest of your own safety and the safety of other customers.
We do not recommend using the facilities if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.

When entering BOUNCE, you give BOUNCE permission to use any photographs or video taken of yourself for promotional use which includes social media.

Children under the age of 14 years must not be left at BOUNCE without a guardian.

BOUNCE is not responsible for items left at our locations.

All giveaways can only be used as described in the giveaway. They cannot be gifted, redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. Giveaways expire 3 months after being announced.

BOUNCE Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. BOUNCE Multi Visit Passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If a BOUNCE Credit Note has been issued, all credits expire 3 months after the date of issue. All BOUNCE Gift Cards, Vouchers, Credit Notes and Multi Visit Passes are not valid after their expiry date and not exchangeable for cash.

Please note that as per BOUNCE Terms and Conditions all BOUNCE products are non-refundable. You will not be reimbursed or credited for any missed classes.

BOUNCE Parties:

When booking a party, you are deemed to have agreed to our terms and conditions, safety rules and guidelines found on our website and displayed inside BOUNCE.

A $150 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required when a booking is made, a non-refundable 50% deposit may be requested if your balance is over $1,000.

As per the previous terms and conditions all BOUNCE bookings, are non-refundable, this also applies to Birthdays. If a party is cancelled 3+ weeks before the booking 50% of the original deposit will be refunded. Parties cancelled or moved within 3 weeks are not eligible to be refunded their deposit but will not be liable for the remainder of the balance. You may cancel or change the date of your party up to 7 working days prior to it, however, please note that your $150 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations or date changes made within 7 working days of the party will be charged the full balance.

If BOUNCE is unable to provide the service due to COVID lockdown restrictions, we will automatically provide a full credit, or you can request a full refund. 

Deposits can only be used for birthday bookings and are not transferable to other BOUNCE products.

Changes to your party guest numbers, catering or any additional items can be made up until 7 business days prior to your party date however all changes are subject to availability. Any additional requests within 7 working days cannot be guaranteed and the amount owing is final 7 working days prior to the booking eg, if you have less numbers attend, full payment for the original number booked is still required on the day, we do not offer refunds for party guest changes within the 7-business day leadup to your birthday party.

While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, BOUNCE cannot guarantee we will be able to transfer or change a booking.

Our BOUNCE Ultimate Parties are for children over the age of 5. Any child booked in for the Ultimate Party who is 110cm or under (under 5yrs or younger) must spend the jump session in our Mini BOUNCE Zone which is exclusively for this age group.

miniBOUNCE Parties are for children 5 years and under ONLY as their 45 minute jump session will take place in our Mini BOUNCE Zone.

We are not able to cater for guests with dietary requirements and allergies and cannot guarantee that our food is free of traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten or any other similar ingredients as all food is prepared in one kitchen. If your child has allergies, contact us to arrange to bring in your own meal just for the allergic child. No Hot or fast food allowed.

All party food cannot be substituted or swapped for other food items.

The party room will be available after your jump time for the duration of 40 minutes.

All guests of your party must arrive by the time stated on your booking and confirmation email for processing and to attend a compulsory safety briefing.

You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake but are required to fill out our BOUNCE Birthday Cake Waiver. However, to comply with Auckland Council health and safety regulations we have a strict policy against bringing any other food and drink onto the premises.

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations (fire) we only allow standard birthday candles. Novelty exploding, sparkling or any other non-standard candles cannot be used at BOUNCE.

Decorations: All our party rooms have standard BOUNCE branded décor however we understand that you may have a special theme for your birthday and would like to add decorations to the room. We allow for table decorations and if there is anything for the walls this must only be attached with bluetac. No tape or staples are allowed. If walls (or party rooms) are damaged there can be a penalty fee of $50. No glitter or confetti. Please keep in mind, we cannot always guarantee early access to the room to set up decorations due to the room being used prior to your party, however if you liaise with your Party Host on the day of your party they may be able to arrange a time for you to decorate 5-10 minutes before the eating time.

Birthday Gift Discount Code: This product is not exchangeable for money value and has an expiry date of 3-months from the date of your party. This code can be redeemed only one time and is valid for 1x 60 minute General Admission ticket or 1x 60 minute Mini BOUNCER ticket only.

If you choose to pay with After Pay for your party package, you will need to select full payment at checkout to ensure the total cost of the party is paid via After Pay (including deposit).
